Check-in was seamless, and I appreciated the detailed instructions sent via email. The staff was helpful, especially the lady who gave clear directions to the town center. Free parking proved useful. A shopping mall is located very close by, providing extra options.

the bus stop location right outside the hotel was good for travel into the city.
the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, i had to wait longer for a room. the smell triggered my asthma and gave me a headache. i never saw anyone at reception for help, and the manager's phone just rang at the empty desk.

The bus stop outside was really handy. It made getting around simple! The room was clean and tidy, I thought. Car parking was available. It made things easier. There was an ample supply of tea, coffee, and milk too.
I found no staff at reception when needed. It was inconvenient.

My room had comfortable beds. I had a view of the car park and felt safe. The sheets were clean. The location worked well for my needs.
My room needed some TLC. The bathroom door handle and lock were broken. The carpet was stained. There was mould around the window frame.

The bus stop was directly outside, a great benefit. i found a big shopping centre only a short walk away. That's very convenient. the room size was good and cleanliness was also well maintained. the staff readily provided directions to the town centre upon my arrival.
I did find the walls thin, and i could hear sounds easily. my room was on the bottom floor. the external bathroom lacked a lock, which did concern me slightly. shower water pressure was not great too. A bit inconvenient.
