The staff was always at hand to help and were friendly. the location is excellent, only a short drive to manchester. Lots of parking spaces are available. i had an overall good stay and felt i got really good value for money considering the hotel's facilities.
i found no sockets next to the bed, they were located at the opposite side of the room. this was a little inconvenient.

Irene from the bar staff was excellent. She was friendly, professional, obliging and really cared about her customers. she even offered me a quiet room for my work meeting if needed. she is a great representative of the hotel.

the breakfast had a good selection with a spacious eating area and good ventilation. the food was tasty!!! i had a cream tea experience and it was a really lovely experience with awesome service.

the bed was big and comfy, and the room was a good size with soundproof walls. the room additions made for a comfortable sleep. there were plenty of clean, soft towels in the room.

the rural setting offered easy access from the motorway. i found the staff friendly and helpful, yet not intrusive at all. i was pleased with the delicious breakfast selection offered. the car parking space available was certainly ample.
i noticed some slight wear, like minor scuffs, indicating the need for some general touch-ups in certain areas.
