my single room was quite clean. it was better than i expected, especially considering the hotel rating. i had breakfast one morning and waited briefly. the scrambled egg on toast tasted very nice.

The reception staff were nice and friendly. They gave a great first impression. the staff was very helpful. This was a real bonus. plates were cleared quickly after each course.

the location was quite convenient. i found the breakfast room lovely.. there was a nice selection of items. the bedroom presented a high standard.
The day manager's attitude was not cute upon check-in. i noticed a lack of hospitality at that time. the first floor was noisy. Other guests spoke loudly.. there seemed to be little consideration for fellow travellers.
