The food was GREAT. Bar lounges, including the show bar, were readily available. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent. I felt at ease due to the dedicated service provided.
The temperature was quite high throughout the entire building, it was AWFUL

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They tried to solve any problem immediately. The team seemed committed to guest satisfaction. Any requests were quickly addressed, such as extra towels or information.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Food had great choice at breakfast AND the evening meal. Tables for meals and evening entertainment were pre-bookable for the whole stay. IT was a very convenient perk.
I was on the fourth floor. Elderly people struggled with the stairs each day. This was UNACCEPTABLE.
