Fantastic Value and Location!

I really appreciated the hotel allowing me to leave my luggage in a secure area before check-in. This let me explore the city without any bags. The room was a good size, very clean, and included a hairdryer, towels, TV, WiFi. free coffee and tea. Staff members were also genuinely friendly and helpful.
I found that the walls were quite thin. I could easily hear conversations in the hallways which sometimes disrupted my sleep.

The staff offered a warm welcome when I arrived and were consistently friendly throughout my stay, it created a positive atmosphere. They were helpful with directions and provided useful information about local transportation. Their willingness to assist.

The room included coffee and tea making facilities, along with a TV that offered several channels. I also found a place to conveniently hang my clothes which prevented wrinkles. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. I was delighted.

The location is convenient. It is close to various attractions. Transportation is readily accessible to travel to different parts of the city. The hotel is near many amenities like shops and restaurants. This provided convenience.

basic stay with some issues
paper-thin wallsrusty mirror
my room was quite small, and the paper-thin walls were not ideal. i could clearly hear the neighbors and every toilet flush, which wasn't exactly soothing. also, the room felt a bit tired. the mirror had rust, and there were damp marks. i expected better soundproofing and a bit more attention to detail. the noise and condition were rather irritating.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room included a nice little balcony with a table and chairs. The location was good for my purposes (I was visiting Chelsea).
The room was quite small. There was nowhere to hang clothes, just a few hangers. The bathroom was also very small.

the location was quite convenient for getting around.
The room i booked seemed much larger in photos. it was also pretty noisy. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. the staff wasn't very helpful when i asked about getting a quieter room. i also noticed the shower drain was slow. Water pooled up, and it wasn't very pleasant.

The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. the location was good. Victoria station was easily accessible.
The room was quite small. Walking space was limited. the room needed some updating. i noticed some stains on the bed base, which wasn't ideal.
