I found the staff very friendly. The room offered fresh towels. Toiletries were available. The location proves convenient, near Chalk Farm station.
The shower dripped out slowly. The TV felt small.

Meglha at reception is really accomodating. She always starts a conversation with a smiley face. Her service greatly contributes to a cute atmosphere. The staff are very professional.

Parking was available. It was a huge bonus. The hotel is relatively close to the metro stations. Public areas included new carpets. This added to the neatness of the premises.

The hotel is in an easily accessible location near public transportation. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the responsive service from the staff. The room had a good-sized smart TV and USB charging ports were conveniently located by the bed.
The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a refresh (but this wasn't a big issue for me).

amazing locationdated furniturerattling window
the location was amazing. i was only a short walk from primrose hill.
The room felt quite dated. I suspect the furniture was from decades ago. there was no air conditioning, a real problem since it was surprisingly hot. opening the window at night did little to help, as the window rattled from every passing vehicle.
