tiny room slamming doors
The room was tiny. i mean, really tiny. it had no closet at all. No space for luggage either. it was like they forgot people travel with things, but the lack of luggage space was not great. also, i could hear everything going on in the hallway, door slamming were so annoying.

the staff were very helpful, providing an iron quickly. i found the room clean, everything seemed new. the location near central canary wharf and the dlr made getting around easy. breakfast is not offered, but i found several nearby options, including restaurants like the ledger building.
The room lacked hand towels. Only bath towels were provided.

The location worked well, with bars and restaurants nearby. I also found the train station a short walk away. My room was clean, and everything inside worked as expected. The reception staff was amazing, and I appreciated their helpfulness. The room size was bigger than expected, and it was clean.
