excellent stay!
clean room comfortable room breakfast buffet
the room was super clean and cozy. the breakfast buffet offered simple choices, it was really yummy (i especially loved the fresh pastries!). the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay, they even helped me with directions.
the soundproofing could be better since i occasionally heard noise from nearby events.

The hotel offers ample parking, a definite plus with cars. i also saw a well kept garden. It provides a serene space. they also have a business center, equipped with computers and printers, very convenient for work.

my double room included a modern en-suite bathroom. it had a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries, i was very happy. the room also featured a television with multiple channels and free wifi access.

the breakfast room was beautiful (and spacious!). the breakfast selection included both hot and cold items and a variety of beverages. the hotel also has a simple dinner menu at a reasonable price, perfect if you don't want to go out.

The location provides easy access to various attractions. It's close to public transport links. several shops and restaurants are located nearby, offering plenty of options. overall, i found the location convenient and well-connected.

a stay with issues
broken switch broken tiles
I found some problems. my room had a broken electrical switch. It kept popping out. the second room had broken tiles in the shower and on the floor. i also found used toilet roll. It was very unpleasant.

lovely place
friendly staff clean room large room breakfast hall
the staff welcomed me with friendly faces and efficient service. i found the twin room to be very clean. it was also large, which i found a plus. the breakfast hall area downstairs looks really nice.
parking was tricky due to an event.

the hotel has nice decor. it appears first class in the entrance and breakfast hall. in-house catering is available, with tasty indian room-service meals.

the front staff are polite. the hotel staff smells always nice, which i liked. the staff are accommodating, so you have what you need. they were lovely too.

the hotel has a convenient location if you are driving. it is also within walking distance to restaurants. it is about a 10-20 minute walk to shops if you fancy a little exploration.

lovely stay
clean room comfy bed nice buffet
my room was clean and the bed was comfy. breakfast was simple and nice. i really enjoyed the buffet they had available each morning.
sound insulation between my rooms was near nonexistent. window was poorly fitting that allowed noise from outside to come in.

the receptionist was professional and so helpful i reminded me of royalty. a staff member on reception was really cute when i arrived at the hotel which i did appreciate.

the interior and my room was very nice. my room was also very clean which i found important. tea and coffee was available to me and water was provided for me.

the hotel was in a perfect location for my work so it was easy to get to. it was easy to come and go as i pleased. there is plenty of parking.

i had sound sleep as it was nice and quiet which i was very pleased with. there is air con since i was unable to open the window so i found this useful. the blackout curtains was nice and dark.
