the lobby provided a nice area for relaxation. a staff member offered quick assistance when a fuse blew, caused by my adapter. i found her responsive assistance excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs.
i noticed the rooms are small. there was no place to put my clothes away. the plastic hangers were limited. it was a minor inconvenience , but worth noting.

i found the staff really friendly . breakfast had a good range of high-quality continental choices (the croissants were delicious!). i also appreciated the convenient location near liverpool street station.
my room was quite small. it was advertised as a double room, but space was tight. additionally, i found that my bathroom light switch broke off unexpectedly (it was a bit of a surprise!).

The location is quite convenient. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby. Liverpool Street station is also within a few minutes walk. The design of the room added a certain appeal (it was minimal, yet functional).
The room I stayed in was very small. There was barely enough space to move around comfortably. There were no drawers available to store clothes. Only four plastic hangers were provided on the wall, I noticed.
