the king room included fresh milk and a nespresso machine, i was very excited! the bed was comfy and i slept amazingly, like a baby.
the shower pressure was a little too intense, it caught me off guard.

the food was exquisite both times i dined there i had the cod and prawn basket then the lamb shepherds pie i also sampled the vegetarian mushroom and shallot tart tatin. my husband enjoyed a roast dinner and the breakfast was also very comprehensive. the staff was helpful when they showed us where to park and the room was ready when we arrived early.
the room i stayed in had very little space to move around and the wardrobe space was not sufficient.

The staff's kindness shone brightly. Our room had individual character. The air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature. The bathroom offered good quality towels and a fantastic shower with great water pressure (a true delight after a day out).
The room I had was smaller than I expected. some areas needed dusting.

A Butler's Room provided extra coffee and milk, saving trips to reception. The bar area and the outside courtyard offered relaxing spaces to unwind. Plenty of plugs included USB ports to charge different devices.

Breakfast was a good quality meal. The full English option featured plenty of choices. I especially enjoyed the coffee offered at breakfast. Gluten-free options were available, too.

The king room was quite spacious. the bed was comfy and i slept soundly. there was a nespresso machine with tea facilities in the room. fresh milk, water, and extra tea bags were available in the butler room. That was a good touch.
The initial room assignment was for a single person, even though i booked for two. the ground floor room felt quite cold, and a fan made noise all night. I couldn't switch it off. the bathroom had a small sink that hung crookedly, though the staff were helpful when i reported this.
