I liked that the hotel was near the bus 91 route. The staff were friendly upon my arrival, and the room was comfortable. I requested extra blankets, and the staff brought them promptly..
I would have liked decaf tea in the room, but there was decaf coffee. The room did not have a radiator in the bathroom. The shower pressure could be difficult to adjust sometimes.

The location was very central. public transport was easily accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the complimentary water provided in the room. It was a nice touch after a day of travel.

The location is great. It is very central and near a tube station. the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was quiet, clean, and reasonably sized. i loved the period features around the hotel.
there was no air conditioning during the hottest weekend, that i did not realize.

I was pleased with the location. It was close to transport links. The staff gave a warm welcome. The room was very clean. Amenities were well provisioned.
The room was quite basic and small. There was no gap between the twin beds. A vent ran all night. It was really loud.

i wanted to like this place more, especially since the location was so convenient. unfortunately, the room i received was quite disappointing. the small size made it difficult to move around freely. additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy and uncomfortable, particularly during warmer days.
