the location allowed easy access to transport. the room's climate control maintained a comfortable temperature. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. i found the provision of umbrellas for rent especially thoughtful during unexpected showers.
the room service menu was slightly limited.

the outdoor seating offered a lovely space to unwind. the luggage storage service was very helpful for early arrivals. the 24-hour reception provided continuous support and assistance to all guests.

The location was convenient for transport. That aspect was acceptable.
The room was quite small. there was barely enough space to move around the beds (i felt a bit like a sardine). also, the frosted glass bathroom door offered little privacy.

the location was excellent it was close to liverpool street station. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast offered a good selection with fresh items daily.
the room was quite small making movement a bit restricted. i found stains in the shower area it detracted from the otherwise clean appearance. only one pillow per guest was provided and my request for extras was not fulfilled which impacted my sleep quality.

The staff was efficient. They were also friendly. The location on Folgate Street is historic, near Liverpool Street Station. The street retains its 18th-century Georgian architecture.
The room was nice, but on the small side!

the hotel's location is unbeatable. it is a short walk from both shoreditch high street station and liverpool street station. the staff members were consistently friendly and eager to help, always available when needed.
i found that housekeeping began vacuuming quite early, around 8 am. when i asked if they could delay cleaning near my room, i received no clear response. this noise was bothersome
