The location provided easy access to transportation. I found the staff at reception very helpful with directions. The complimentary breakfast offered a satisfactory start to the day, including a selection of cereals and toast.
The room's heating system seemed to have a timer. This resulted in inconsistent warmth during colder periods. I was not familiar with how to adjust it myself and had to request assistance.

The hotel is very close to Paddington station. I easily visited the Paddington store in the station and found gifts for my children. The staff was nice and allowed me to leave my luggage at reception since i arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in time.
The ascent to the top floor via narrow steps was rather steep. This could pose a challenge with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The hotel is very close to paddington station. It was just a short walk. the surrounding area felt safe, and i found several restaurants nearby, i liked the friendly staff. They helped me with directions and local information.
The fan in my room was quite dusty and dirty. I was unable to use it at all, i was expecting a cleaner appliance.
