The location proved convenient near the station. I appreciated the hydration station providing both hot water and tea. The room included reactive temperature controls, a modern tv, and usb charging ports. The bed offered a very comfortable night's sleep.
The bathroom only offered handwash. I wished for body wash and shampoo.

the hotel's location was really convenient. it was an easy walk from victoria train station and , made traveling simple. the room itself was very clean. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
the room was quite small. it was difficult to move around with luggage. i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially doors slamming, made sleeping difficult. the bathroom was also compact.

the room was much smaller than i thought it would be. there was not enough room for my cases. the bathroom was tiny.

the location was great near victoria station. i easily accessed transportation to gatwick airport. i stored my luggage after checkout for 5 pounds per piece. the wifi worked without issues.
the room was quite small. there was not much space to move around with luggage. i did not find tea making facilities in the room. i had to pay for coffee at reception.
