The location proved convenient near the station. I appreciated the hydration station providing both hot water and tea. The room included reactive temperature controls, a modern tv, and usb charging ports. The bed offered a very comfortable night's sleep.
The bathroom only offered handwash. I wished for body wash and shampoo.

the hotel's location was really convenient. it was an easy walk from victoria train station and , made traveling simple. the room itself was very clean. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
the room was quite small. it was difficult to move around with luggage. i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially doors slamming, made sleeping difficult. the bathroom was also compact.

bhargavi checked me in. she was polite and a pleasure to speak with after my flight. the bed was comfy. the location is near victoria station and close to the apollo theatre.
the room was much smaller than i thought it would be. there was not enough room for my cases. the bathroom was tiny.

The room was very clean. the staff were helpful and polite. i appreciated the convenient location near victoria station. It made travel easy. there were many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner close by.
the room was quite small, there was not much space for luggage, though it was manageable for a short stay.
