The location was excellent, VERY close to King's Cross Station. Daily room cleaning was attentive. The 24-hour reception staff was also friendly.
The carpet in the public areas seemed quite worn.

The location worked well for my early train departure. The hotel is close to King's Cross Station. I felt safe due to the quiet street. There were many bars and restaurants close by.
The hallways seemed narrow. The hotel felt a bit outdated.

My modern room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. I found the staff polite and professional throughout my visit. The location is very convenient, just down the street from King's Cross and the tube station. I had easy access to transportation.
This is something to consider if you have heavy bags.

the staff were kind and accommodating, assisting me with directions and offering helpful tips for exploring the area. i found the room clean, and the daily housekeeping service ensured a consistently fresh environment (a real treat!). the proximity to transport links made exploring the city easy. i especially liked the convenient access to nearby attractions.
