Handy Euston Stay
great welcome lovely macaroons great bed clean shower
Staff gave a great welcome. Macaroons were a lovely touch. The bed was great and the shower too. Very neat place.

The hotel is close to multiple underground stations, like Euston, King's Cross and Russell square. This makes travelling around the city very convenient. The area felt safe to walk in during both day and night.

easy access helpful staff kind staff small room missing facilities kettle absence
The location is great. It offers easy access to Euston and Kings Cross Train stations. I was kindly upgraded to a room with a window. Staff were both kind and helpful.
My room was very tiny. There was no room for a chair or any furniture. There weren't even kettle and tea or coffee facilities.

small room spoiled the stay
The room was small. I almost felt claustrophobic. there was barely enough space to move around with my luggage. the minuscule sink made washing my face a challenge because water splashed everywhere. it was definitely a letdown, especially considering what i paid for the stay
