convenient locationmissing wardrobeconstant buzzing
the location near hampstead heath was acceptable.
the room lacked sufficient storage. there werent wardrobes, so where do they expect you to put your clothes? a buzzing noise was constant and annoying, like some broken machine humming all night.

the room included air conditioning i appreciated this feature on a warm day. a fridge simplified chilling drinks in the room. i found ample plug sockets around the room for chargers. the king size bed was very comfy.
the heating did not work it was fairly cold.

the pub downstairs served excellent food i dined for lunch and breakfast. i saw the venue is popular with locals many came to eat and drink. the staff were very attentive.

the staff were great they gave a walk around. freshly made cookies were provided this was a lovely touch. staff showed me how to get in and out the hotel when the pub was shut.

the staff were pleasant and helpful.
the heating did not work , and it was fairly cold. there were no wardrobes and little drawer space. a fairly loud buzzing noise like an ac unit was present , but nothing was to be working in the room.

the ROOM was comfortable, especially the bathroom. I also liked the option for room service. the tea, coffee, and minibar facilities were excellent.
the HEATING didnt work, and it was fairly cold. There were no wardrobes. there was little drawer SPACE.
