Unexpectedly Charming Stay!

I found the complimentary cereal bar a good touch! My room included free tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and milk. It was a real treat. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they kept my room clean and tidy with good facilities.
The room was a little warm, and I should have asked how to adjust the temperature.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast consisting of cereals and milk. This was very convenient. There were also many takeaways nearby, made finding food easy. I found the pub attached to the building very appealing.

Staff members proved helpful and friendly . I was able to check in downstairs at the pub. This area had a lovely garden. The hotel provided great facilities that added value to my experience.

the room, a classic triple room, was super clean. i loved the usb charging ports. the breakfast had cereal and fresh milk everyday, which i appreciate tons. towels were new daily, a great bonus for fresh feel.
the walk to the tube felt a bit long.

the staff was helpful and booked us in quickly. they showed us the room too and were friendly, so the check-in process was quite nice. extra pillows were given when asked, very appreciated.

the room included a fridge, useful, and provided a self-catering kitchen. the hotel provides light breakfasts, a great way to start the day. everywhere was lit well, clean, and smart.

The location near the tube station was acceptable. Public transport was nearby.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found hairs on the bedsheets it was very disgusting. the room smelled strongly of smoke it was hard to ignore.

The location is convenient. It is close to both the Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale underground stations. I found it easy to travel into the city. The room had cereal, milk, coffee and tea provided, a nice touch (I especially liked the milk). The room was also very clean.
The pillows provided were a little too firm for my liking.
