the staff were kind, i appreciated that.
The room was very small, and there was no window. This was not ideal, i felt claustrophobic. the air conditioning seemed to be always on, and i could not adjust it. also, the room was not very clean and seemed quite dusty.

i found the staff genuinely helpful and friendly. they were cute and accommodating. nothing seemed too much trouble. the room included toiletries and a great layout.

the breakfast included a huge variety of options. the hub space has a modern design and maintains a clean atmosphere. i noticed several areas for relaxation, like the lounge area, which includes a television.

they stuck me in a windowless double guest room 1 double. seriously, it reminded me of a prison cell. the room had zero natural light and i felt completely cut off from the outside world. the stuffy atmosphere made it hard to relax and concentrate. that windowless room was a real mood killer, stuffy atmosphere

the room included a capsule coffee machine it was a nice addition. the location offers close proximity to the underground and good local amenities were in the immediate area for example shops and restaurants.
my room was without windows this gave a claustrophobic feeling. the bathroom is only separated from the room by a glass door it provides little isolation.

staff was really helpful when i needed something. the location was good cause it's close to the metro. i liked how the room was light-isolated, it helped me sleep well.
the room was dusty when i got there. the tv volume was very low, i could barely hear it. the noise from the street kept waking me up at night, it was loud.
