a reasonably good experience

the location was really convenient for getting around. victoria station was only a short walk away. the buffet breakfast was a nice way to start the day.. i found it pretty good. the hotel was also clean throughout.
the room i stayed in was quite small. i could hear noises from the corridor when people walked by. also, the room did not have complimentary water. i had to buy a small bottle at the reception.

the location PROVED very useful with bus stations located directly outside. victoria station was also only seven minutes away. the staff was helpful and nice. the cleanliness of the room was good upon arrival.
the room i stayed in WAS excessively small. storage space was limited , made it hard to store luggage. i found THE thin walls caused unwanted noise from adjacent rooms.

the hotel offers great transport links WITH bus stops right outside the front door. victoria station can be reached in less than ten minutes. this makes travel around the area easy.

the staff was helpful! they showed great attention to detail. any needs raised were dealt with quickly. the location proved perfect for sightseeing, i really enjoyed easy access to main attractions!
the room was very small, but it worked for a short trip.

the breakfast was real good with a wide selection. the staff was very kind, the reception team did a great job, especially ashley and colleagues. they were helpful from the online check-in to the end of my stay!
the lights around the bed werent working. also, i noticed the power sockets near the bed wasnt working either. there was a cracked basin in the bathroom it was real bad. only one socket was good to use and it made making tea hard!
