The leisure facilities were excellent. the pool and gym were clean. they had everything needed (i found the equipment modern). bianca in the restaurant was friendly. She. the buffalo chicken wrap tasted divine.
a staff member was new and needed assistance. This caused a wait. we were not fully informed about using all available facilities.

I enjoyed the fitness facilities. The dinners were of a good standard. Staff were polite and helpful, even when busy. The gym had good equipment.
The restaurant was noisy. Some tables were dirty. I asked multiple times for someone to clean our table but eventually I had to move dirty plates and glasses myself. I used napkins to clean the table.

the tv in my room did not work for channels. it was late, so i did not call anyone to sort it.
