Solid choice for a short trip

I found the in site Starbucks very convenient for quick coffee runs. The location was great, close to amenities. The bed was very comfy and warm. I appreciated the staff adding a blanket to my daughters pull-out bed, a very thoughtful touch.
The car park felt a bit dark at night making it slightly difficult to find my way around.

The breakfast was good, it had a great selection and layout.
My bathroom needed a real clean, I saw limescale and very aged beading around the bath edges. I was unable to use the plug in the sink, it got stuck.

i found my room clean upon arrival. the provided fan was certainly useful, given the warmer temperature inside the hotel. the staff responded quickly, being consistently helpful and friendly. starbucks in the hotel was a very convenient amenity.
i observed some minor wear on the woodwork in the hallways, such as small scuffs and scratches (hardly noticeable though).

The room was noisy at 1 am, i couldn't sleep well. the bed was not comfortable and had stains. It was disappointing. there was no air con. I felt hot.

The gym has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and various weight machines. the pool area includes twenty loungers. i appreciated the on-site starbucks with quick service. parking was available directly outside the hotel entrance. I found it easy to load and unload luggage.
The bathroom lighting was quite dim. I struggled a little applying makeup.
