the room was quite small for the price I paid. the bathroom door seemed oddly small, AND the handle had A huge hole in it. The floor felt sticky in some spots, which i really didn't like.

this hotel is a great option if you need a clean, central, and budget-friendly place to stay! i paid around £50, the cheapest rate i found. i found the 24/7 front desk staff to be really cheerful and helpful. rachel was very patient and kind!!!
the room was very simple with hardly any furniture. there were no bedside tables for my phone or a glass for water. i wish there was a small table to put my belongings.

I had such a smooth check-in and check-out, maria at reception was really lovely. Plus, sneha was very helpful too! the location is really perfect, placing you right next to new street station, so getting to all the shops, restaurants, and bars is so easy! the staff were all so lovely and helpful .
the room i got did not have basic stuff such as cups for water, and only one towel was there? it felt very enclosed, and i noticed there was just a small window on the ceiling, so minimal light came in.

The location was great. It was easy to reach the city center. Violeta and other staff were excellent. The room was clean, I was charmed!!!
The room lacked a bin for rubbish. There was no fridge. I had to wait ten minutes before someone arrived to check me in, I was displeased. The room smelled like a mix of sweat and urine.
