The reception staff provided clear information for checking in upon arrival. The room was conveniently located and close to the hospital. The room provided good value and it had everything i needed for my visit. I found the included parking simple.
The heating system made constant dripping noises at night. The shower pressure was strong and not easily adjustable. This caused a water buildup while i was showering, quite inconvenient.

The hotel is situated on the university campus near student housing. Finding it was easy due to the clear directions provided. I appreciated the convenience of having 24/7 reception staff available to assist with any needs .

The staff welcomed us so warmly. It was like coming home (i almost cried!). we received complimentary drinks while our room was prepared. it was our anniversary, and the team made it special with an unexpected delivery of a chocolate slate and brownies to our room.
The room was situated above the front door. Noise from people entering late at night was noticeable.
