A lovely and cozy stay

friendly staff various options clean room comfy bed

The staff were friendly. Their warm smiles made my day. The breakfast included various options, a good start to my mornings. I especially appreciated the clean room. Everything felt so fresh. The bed was supremely comfy. I slept soundly each night.

The walls were a little thin, so i could hear some noise from the corridor at times.

The hotel is located near the main highway, offering easy access to various destinations. I found it convenient, especially for exploring the nearby attractions, and there was ample parking. EVERYTHING was perfect!

The parking fee felt excessive (to me) at £10 for just overnight. It's annoying to pay extra when you're already a guest.

inadequate cleaning uncomfortable sofa

The breakfast had a good selection of fresh items.

The room lacked proper cleaning. I saw spiders and cobwebs near the bedside tables. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. It caused back problems after just one night. Apparently, three people staying in a room did not warrant enough readily accessible power outlets.

late arrival good stay peak district

the staff arranged a meal for me upon my late arrival. the value of my stay was good. location is close to the motorway. it's also near routes towards the peak district.

the ac and heating unit made a lot of noise and it wasn't heating the room. i tried various temperature settings and it just made noise. it did not blow out heat.

broken air conditioning poor shower

the location was convenient for my needs it was easy to find

the room was too hot the air conditioning didn't work properly i didn't sleep well because i was sweating all night instructions for the air con were missing also the shower barely worked it was a dribble i could not wash the soap off

the breakfast was acceptable with options that i could eat.

my room faced a very loud road, and i did ask for a quiet room. it was difficult to sleep despite the windows being closed. the noise really bothered me, that was a standard double room sofa bed hot.
