the breakfast was lovely it was a great start to my day. rooms were clean and there was free tea and coffee also i think this is great value for money.
there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom sink i didn't like that. the loud banging that came from the air con sounded like police knocked the door it was very loud

the staff provided an iron and ironing board and also a hairdryer. i received a complimentary chocolate bar upon entering the room, a nice touch.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to the Utility Arena and many restaurants. The breakfast offered a good selection of items (I was pleased with the variety).
The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. A fan was provided, but it wasn't an ideal solution during warmer weather.

The location is convenient for the Utilita Arena and city center. The staff changed our room without question when the sofabed wasn't made up. The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size for my three night stay. The parking was easy and close to local restaurants.
The directions from the car park to reception via the stairs were not clear. It was difficult finding my way (especially with luggage).

the location is really convenient and within walking distance of many places. the staff were also helpful and polite. the breakfast was included in my package and offered a good variety (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
the air conditioning did not work properly, so i only received a fan. the windows could not be opened, so the room was quite hot. the room was also fairly small.
