amazing experience!

unbeatable location onsite parking professional staff personal touches

the location was unbeatable near the cathedral and castle.. onsite parking made everything so easy. the converted church was fine. staff, especially jo, were friendly and professional. we upgraded to the vip package celebrating our anniversary, and personal touches made it lovely!

the room was described as a 'suite' but it was just a bedroom with a bathroom.

Staff provided orange juice in the fridge and a pod coffee machine. This. the secure car parking and remote access to the TV with fresh batteries enhanced the experience.

The hostess was very kind. I appreciated the building's BEAUTIFUL design and unique charm. It felt special. The room offered quiet and the bed felt comfortable, ensuring rest after a day of exploration.

quiet location many amenities complimentary breakfast

The hotel is tucked away, so it was very quiet. There were many amenities in my room. The complimentary continental breakfast delivered to my room was a lovely touch (i loved the gluten free muffin!).

The croissants were excellent. A small touch but appreciated.

The shower had issues. It stopped running when i had soap and shampoo in my hair. i looked for staff but found nobody and had to wait for the water to come back. this was really frustrating.
