the location was close to bus and tube stations. i found the staff to be friendly . the room was clean when i arrived.
the mattress was old, so i experienced back pain in the mornings. the pillows felt hard despite getting a replacement. the bathroom was only usable with the door open.

The room layout was strange. The entrance was through the bathroom before getting to the bedroom, I found it inconvenient. A bigger issue was the TV not working. I asked about it but nothing changed, and I missed having that for the evenings.

the central heating was efficient. it warmed the room quickly. i could then switch it off. the morning receptionist was nice and helpful. the location was great especially because of the proximity to victoria station. it allowed me to explore the lovely area of pimlico with ease. the bars and eateries were a short walk away which i appreciated.
the room was quite small and i found the bed to be slightly narrow, so it was a bit uncomfortable.

the location proved convenient for my early morning travel needs. the staff was really nice, they quickly changed my room upon request. the room was clean and the wet room was nice too.
the soundproofing between the rooms was not great i could hear every word from a loud voice. luckily my neighbors were quiet after a while.

The location is very central. I found the central heating efficient. My room warmed up quickly, within about two hours, and I could then switch it off. The staff was also friendly and helpful .

cheap mattresspoor pillow
the room we got was not great (to put it mildly). the mattresses felt really cheap. i could feel the springs, and the support slat made it even worse. there was a small fan in the room, it did not help much with the heat and the single pillow provided offered no comfort.
