The staff was genuinely warm and kind. It. I also found the location quite convenient. Public transportation was super accessible, and I could easily reach many attractions.
I must mention a few issues I encountered. My room had no air conditioning, not ideal. Noise from outside was quite noticeable. Sirens from the street were a frequent disturbance.

i received a free upgrade to a larger room at check-in, and the staff was VERY helpful with directions. the room included a mini-fridge that was useful for storing drinks. the hotel is situated close to public transportation, this made getting around the city much easier.
the tv in my room did not work properly, this was a bit disappointing. i had trouble getting a consistent wifi signal, this made it difficult to work from my room. i think this issue could get solved easily.

The staff were very helpful, especially with directions to nearby attractions. I found this really useful. My room had a kettle with tea and coffee. This let me relax as soon as I got in. The free Wi-Fi worked without issues. I could easily plan my days and stay connected, we loved the quick check in.
The stairs were a little tiring after long days of walking.
