The room was super quiet even though this place is in central. the shower was amazing and the bed i slept in was very comfy. many sights are so close. Just a few minutes walk away. i would definitely book again!
the description fails to mention the ongoing refurbishment.

the rooms all have blackout curtains and soundproofing, i noticed. also, i saw that each room includes complimentary high-speed wifi. the mini-bar features a selection of drinks and snacks for purchase, it's so convenient.

the room was excellent and it had a proper coffee machine. i liked that the bathroom had great toiletries. this meant i didn't need to ask for anything. it was a perfect place for my stay. it was near oxford circus.
i received a email on the day of check-in. the email informed me there was limited reception. the hotel was unmanned after 6pm. the stairs ARE steep.

the attention to detail in the room amazed me, i found everything a traveler could need! the bed was super comfortable, and the shower delivered strong, warm water, what a relief. i found a quiet environment coupled with easy access to restaurants and shops! i even discovered fluffy robes and towels, complimentary coffee and tea, and quality amenities. i was so happy!
Access to my room involved a staircase. If i had brought a particularly large suitcase, it might have posed a challenge! i had no major problems though!

the hotel is near various theaters. transportation options are close by, ensuring convenient travel around the area. the surrounding neighborhood is quiet.

there are numerous restaurants available on the street, giving guests ample choice. i saw beautiful bars located nearby! it is very easy to get a meal when staying at this hotel, i thought.

superb showerluxurious bedding
The room included a superb shower with all needed amenities. The bedding and sheets allowed for a great night's sleep. It was luxurious. I definitely appreciated the espresso machine provided in the room.
Access to rooms is via a narrow steep staircase. It could be difficult with large suitcases.
