The staff prepared my room ahead of schedule upon my request. i needed to check in early to get ready for an event. i appreciated finding disposable slippers in the room. This is a nice touch. the bathroom also had wonderful toiletries.
the writing on the lighting control system buttons was very tiny, made them difficult to read.

The bus stop to trafalgar square was a mere three minutes away. I found this convenient. the twenty-four hour reception was definitely useful. the room included a super comfortable bed. The shower was also amazing.
the wardrobe had a sharp screw protruding from the door. it was a minor detail though.

i found the breakfast options diverse , i could try something new EACH day. The staff were accommodating and pleasant . My room was unexpectedly spacious , it even included a fridge. The provided water bottles were a NICE touch.
the room was TINY , it felt quite cramped with minimal space around the bed.

The staff was very helpful. they took care of our needs right away. the rooms included air conditioning. i appreciated the free breakfast offered. There was a solid variety. the price was good, especially given the neighborhood.
the shower didn't drain correctly, so i used extra towels. this was a slight issue.
