The hotel's location proved advantageous. I found several dining options nearby. The staff also demonstrated really good assistance, particularly regarding a room closer to the entrance due to my mobility. The room was big enough.
The window blinds were too small, i could not shut them completely. This made it difficult to ensure privacy in the room. It should be resolved.

the room was spacious. IT met my basic expectations.
i found SOME issues . the wall lamps looked unsafe, with one sparking and another loose. the outdated look needs work, though the stay was passable. the cleanliness was not ideal, with carpet stains and bathroom issues.

I found a few issues . The carpet had a grim appearance and I noticed stains on the walls. The window lacked a decent covering and I did not feel secure at all. The shower room on the third floor looked unbelievably grim and I decided to wait.

I found the staff very helpful. They promptly addressed all requests. The room included modern conveniences such as sufficient power outlets plus USB ports. These updates were appreciated. The location is fantastic. It offers easy access to nearby restaurants and convenient public transportation options.
The window did not fully cover the entire frame. This let a lot of light into the room. The provided blinds were missing panels. This made it hard to sleep.
