fantastic stay at a gem!

I was so happy with the dog-friendly setup. the room included a cozy dog fleece, a wool mat, a water bowl, and even a dog gift pack loaded with treats. What a great touch! our room was clean and well-equipped. it had sky tv. That was a nice bonus. the staff was amazing, and they were always ready to help. they were very attentive!

the carpark was a bit tight! though i managed to find a spot.

Acceptable, but Some Issues

I found some aspects disappointing. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It swung between too hot and too cold. This. the soundproofing wasn't great (the road noise was noticeable throughout the night) despite the hotel claims. I struggled to get a good night's sleep because of this.

i enjoyed my visit to family nearby and always choose this spot it provides parking spaces which is helpful i could park my car and not move it i found the transport links very convenient tea nespresso water apples and biscuits were provided in the room

the dinner service was slow my fish and chips arrived cold and dried out a thirty minute wait preceded this i ate breakfast in the courtyard and this meal was much better

i've stayed in different rooms. each room had good facilities. the team at the reception was always cheerful. the carpark was tight, it did fill up quickly sometimes. i loved that they were always willing to help us with anything we needed!

The staff gave a friendly reception, really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order each morning. The location proved convenient, close to shops and transport options.

The room was a bit dark, even with the lights on. Better lighting would improve the ambiance.

The staff were helpful. Katie at the front desk stored bags and helped with the bus schedule. The lady serving breakfast could not do enough. The service was AMAZING!!! All staff provided friendly assistance. I felt very welcome.
