the location near the station was a real win for me public transport was simple. the cambodian menu at the pub downstairs was nice too the food tasted great. the room included milk and tea that was really convenient.
i noticed the sound from the pub was a bit loud one evening

The staff was very friendly. the breakfast included milk and bottled water in a fridge. the room was clean and super clean. I appreciate that. the bed was really comfortable and the bedding made for a great night's sleep, i slept well.
the pub had live music and this was slightly loud.

the room was tidy and well stocked with some snacks.
The room was shabby and cramped. the pub downstairs was loud. Music came up through the floor until late. the shower was broken and its temperature fluctuated. There was black mould in the shower.

the food at the pub was nice. it offered thai and cambodian options. the location offered easy access to the town and richmond park. there was a huge, comfortable bed in room 2.
i could not sleep due to outside noise. a commercial extractor fan ran next to the room until midnight. the bathroom mirror light was not working. the extractor fan in the bathroom was also not working.
