the location proved convenient. i found the proximity to public transportation very useful. the staff was generally helpful (i especially appreciated their assistance with directions). the room was adequately sized for my needs.
The stairs were a bit steep. I would prefer an elevator.

clean bathrooms helpful staff
the location worked great for me i was really close to everything i wanted to see plus the bathrooms were super clean it. i found the staff responded quickly and were very helpful especially since i needed some directions around the area. they really helped make things smoother
the sink in my room had a pretty noticeable crack i did not feel super comfortable using it

early check-in helpful owner
the room was very tidy and clean. the staff provided an early check-in, a great convenience. i also appreciated the fan provided, it helped a lot during the warm weather. the owner was helpful with storing my luggage before and after check-in.
i noticed a somewhat aggressive owner. he seemed a bit moody. it made the initial interaction slightly unpleasant.
