The location is very near the train station. It offers direct access to the airport. The environment was quiet. The room was neat.

Convenient stay near Liverpool Street
smooth process early train short walk
I appreciated the smooth check in process. The host sent a message through WhatsApp to arrange the meeting. The location was super convenient since I needed to catch a very early train from Liverpool Street station. It was just a short walk away.
The shared bathroom felt small. It made getting ready a bit difficult after showering.

mixed experience at convenient location
small room old bathroom
i had some issues . the room was quite small and felt cramped (it was difficult for two people to move around comfortably). the bathroom also showed signs of wear and tear and seemed a bit old. plus, the noise from the street market outside started very early, hard to sleep in.

convenient location comfortable bed shared kitchen helpful staff
the location is very convenient it is a short walk to liverpool street station. my room had a comfortable bed and a wardrobe. the shared kitchen included appliances and utensils. i found rob and sam helpful when i contacted them.
soundproofing was minimal and i could hear other guests
