The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel is located close to the train station. This suited my travel plans. The reception staff gave excellent service.
My room had no air conditioning. They didn't fix the A.C. I feel like they pretended to have it fixed. This pretense upset me.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the train station, made travel straightforward. The staff were also friendly and offered useful advice on local spots.
The room had issues. I noticed the bathroom had a moldy smell, not pleasant. The room size was also quite small. It was difficult to move around comfortably.

the hotel's proximity to gare de l'est proved very convenient. the staff offered helpful assistance throughout my stay. i found the single room adequately sized and it included a kettle (a pleasant surprise). breakfast provided a satisfying start to each day.
the safe in my room was not functioning.
