The staff was kind and helpful. the hotel cat is well loved. I like that! the location is great for eurostar access. i found it's a short walk to the train station.
I noticed road noise from traffic on the cobbled intersection. it's an older building. I could easily hear the neighbors. the thin walls didn't help!

The hotel's location is really good. bus and metro stations are nearby. This made getting around easy. mini markets, supermarkets, and cafes are also very close by too.

The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was classic, a perfect Parisian style. Even the dishes matched the elegant vibe. The design was great. Nothing was over the top, yet everything was provided.
The ventilation had some issues, a very slight problem.

The room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning did not function adequately. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. additionally, the bathroom lacked essential toiletries. I had to request soap from the front desk.
