The location allows easy walking to many attractions. I found multiple metro stations nearby. Staff upgraded my room to a Beautiful Queen Room. The room had a nice view and included good amenities.

the bathroom definitely needed some work. the shower door did not close properly, SO water went everywhere. ALSO, the room seemed smaller than what i booked online... that was quite frustrating.

I found the location quite convenient. It was close to many main attractions. The staff was also helpful and kind. Every day, they offered us several kinds of drinks, including juice and water.
the carpet in my room had stains. It was a light beige color. The bathroom's ventilation barely worked , so there was mold on the tiles. I thought the bathroom really needed some updating.

I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The hotel location allowed easy walking access to tourist spots. The metro was conveniently close (just a short walk away). I thought the staff was amiable and addressed my needs with a smile.
The shower cabin door did not close properly. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor whenever I took a shower. This made the bathroom a bit slippery and required extra care to avoid accidents.

i found a great location near Opera. safe streets are very peaceful. i could walk to the Louvre and the river. shops are very close, it was perfect to get souvenirs.
i found that the shower cabin door didnt close properly. water went everywhere in the bathroom. i had to use many towels to wipe it up.
