friendly staff clean room central location

I found the hotel staff very friendly and ready to help. The room was clean (a very important thing for me). I also liked that it was close to transportation and shops.

helpful staff modern design

The location was quite central. I could walk to many places. the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. i really liked the complimentary coffee and cake offered throughout the day. the room had a modern design and felt very clean.

the lift was a bit slow sometimes, but it was never a major issue.

perfect location close metro nice kettle

i found the location perfect for exploring. two metro stops were close, ensuring quick travel around the city. many cafés and restaurants were nearby. our room had a smeg kettle and l'occitane shower products.

i noticed the room was small. space felt more suited for one person than two. this limitation impacted overall convenience. more space would improve the stay.
