Fantastic Location and Superb Staff!

The location is really great because it is near train stations and shops. I had easy access to many restaurants. The staff were amazing and helped a lot when my child was sick. They spoke both languages very well to assist us during that time.

I did notice some of the furniture looked old, especially in the bathroom. Also there was mold on the bathroom ceiling which was unfortunate. I think some improvements in cleanliness would definitely enhance the stay overall.

The hotel is near lots of spots for meals, so it is very convenient. You can quickly find many options, from fast food to local restaurants, all close to the hotel.

The location is awesome, and the metro is also very near. You can easily reach many destinations without trouble because the connections are great. Plus, the proximity to bus stops right outside really simplifies travel.

the family room had enough beds it accommodated us well. i found everything clean in the room. the beds were comfortable i slept soundly.

the bathroom setup was inconvenient the toilet and shower were separated. the spaces were super small i felt cramped. hallways looked a bit shady they could use an update.

The hotel location proved convenient due to its proximity to shops. Room sizes were also decent, well suited to my needs. I had requested assistance with my luggage after checkout, and the hotel staff were very helpful in holding my cases for a few hours.

The hotel had no kettle in the room, which I found inconvenient. There were also no fire precaution notices displayed anywhere. I also noticed a small hole in the bedspread and that one side of the bed was positioned up against the wall.

My room was quite small, and there was only one electrical outlet available. The bed was too soft for my liking. Noise from the street was noticeable.
