canal views friendly staff easy check-in
the canal views was amazing from all four rooms. the staff seemed friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. i loved that the hotel is in such a great location with restaurants nearby. i appreciated the fresh orange juice for breakfast.
i found some broken things in the room. the toilet light blinked, and the outlet cover near the sink kept falling off.

the breakfast includes coffee, tea, a croissant, and orange juice, but you must ask. they offer fresh orange juice, though i found the selection is minimal. the experience in the room was only ok.

canal view great sleep great location odd smell fire alarm restful stay
The canal view was great from my room. i slept very well. the location was great. It had easy access to many places.
My room smelled odd. I think it was the floorboards. the fire alarm went off early three times. it was because someone used the shower. It wasn't a restful stay.

fab bonus metro lines
the location was amazing, pretty close to many metro lines. i loved the tasty croissants plus the pain du chocolat in the mornings, a fab bonus!
the room had an odd smell, i think it was from something used to clean the wooden floorboards.

metro access friendly staff multiple languages
The hotel is near metro stations and has great access. Restaurants are also very close. The staff were helpful and spoke multiple languages.
The room i had contained no wine glasses.
