Excellent Location and Courtyard Garden!!!

The location is amazing! Gare Du Nord is less than a five-minute walk. Breakfast included a choice of good meat, cheese, and fruit. very drinkable coffee. I appreciated the friendly staff member at breakfast. There is an attractive courtyard garden. I wish I had a chance to sit there with a drink.
The room was definitely on the smaller side.

Our room was nice and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the Gare du Nord station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Argentinian girl at the reception was quite friendly and supportive.

The hotel is just a short four-minute walk from Gare du Nord. It offers a different, calmer vibe away from the station area. The best Metro station, Poissonnière, is a three-minute walk and goes straight to Opéra. Lots of good cafes and restaurants are right around the corner.

the breakfast was fantastic for a 3-star hotel (i was surprised). i saw a little garden there if you want to have breakfast outside. the staff was very friendly and polite.
the bed was not a proper queen size. instead, two single beds were pushed together. this left an uncomfortable gap in the middle. the bathroom was particularly disappointing.

The location has convenience near the train station. It is a short walk from Gare du Nord, giving a different atmosphere. The reception staffs were helpful and stored luggage. A metro station nearby takes passengers straight to Opera.
I burned myself when taking a shower. The water temperature changed without moving the handle. The water got hot and caused a burn.
