Convenient stay NEAR train station!

The staff fixed a jammed blind quickly. They ALSO gave great advice on local restaurants, like Bouillon Chartier. it was a GREAT experience, the room was clean.

The location near Gare de l'Est proved Great for my travel plans. I found many cafes and bars close by. The room included a clean, comfortable bed and a good shower.
The rooms felt quite small and were somewhat smelly. The a/c and heat were not really reliable.

the room felt quite cramped and basic , especially considering the price. a larger room would have been much better. i also found the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room disappointing. there was only a communal area that offered these , but without any milk , it was not very useful.

was great near gare de l'est!

the hotel is super close to gare de l'est and about ten minutes from gare de nord, but it's on a quiet side street! the staff were friendly and helpful, which i loved. i stayed room only, so i could try local cafes for breakfast (that worked out great!). the room was very clean and had tons of hot water and an excellent shower.
the comfort of the beds could be improved. also, a kettle in the room would have been nice for making tea or coffee. it was a bit inconvenient not having one!

the front desk staff was friendly (especially christine!), ready to help with directions and advice. always available to answer questions. the cleaning staff also paid great attention to detail.

The location was convenient for early morning train travel. It was close to the station.
The room felt cramped. storage was basically non-existent. I had to live out of my suitcase the entire time. i think a closet or even just a few hooks would help, but there was none of that.
