handy location, some small misses
handy location helpful staff coffee facilities
The location was handy for my needs. the staff were very helpful . i did appreciate the tea and coffee facilities in the room. the shower had good pressure. It was great.
The electric plugs weren't working right in my room. i tried to charge my phone, but only one socket worked. the kettle didn't work the next morning either. I couldnt have my morning tea.

friendly staff modern decor effective air conditioning
I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The room decor felt fresh and modern. I really appreciated the air conditioning. It was a lifesaver!
The stairwell felt a little tired, but it did not affect my overall comfort.

the staff was really helpful and friendly. the room was very clean and well-kept. i found all the amenities i needed, including an electric kettle and tea and coffee. its location near marble arch, oxford street, and baker street made exploring super easy.
the tv remote in my room wasn't working. that was the only minor issue i encountered.

The service was really good. The team consistently ensured all my needs were met quickly and efficiently. they always had a smile and were ready to assist with any query i had. i really felt welcome , it was AMAZING!!!

The room was bright and the air conditioning worked well (a definite plus!). The hotel's location near public transportation made getting around easy. I appreciated the ability to store my luggage after checking out. It allowed me to explore more freely.
