Surprised by location!

The hotel location surprised me. It was right next to the shopping center! I easily walked to the tube station. The staff was lovely and helpful, especially with directions. My room also had a modern bathroom, I appreciated that.
There was nothing negative, everything was fine.

The location was great, five minutes from the Tube station. Easy check-in was nice.
The TV remote did not work in the room, that was annoying. One of the lamp bulbs was also out. It made the room quite dark. I discovered we couldn't lock the room from the inside, so it felt very unsafe!

The location offered easy access to westfield shopping centre. the staff promptly provided a replacement when i mentioned a faulty hairdryer. my room felt large. A fan also helped since it was a heatwave. i appreciated that the room cleaning met a good standard
I noticed the blinds did not fully close. Therefore, i woke up early because of the sun.

The hotel features bus stops right outside, providing direct routes including those to hammersmith hospital, like the 72 and 272. wood street tube stop is also nearby with a lift, offering convenient accessibility to the transportation network. This really helped me.

the hotel is across the street from westgate shopping and restaurants, sainsbury's is also very close. shepherd's bush market tube stop is very close to the hotel. plenty of dining options are in the area, providing great convenience
