I found the staff particularly helpful. They arranged taxis quickly. The breakfast had several options, including eggs and toast, I found this a good start to the day. The hotel's location allows easy access to local shops. I appreciated these conveniences .
The room looked somewhat dated and could use a refresh. I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture.

Lucy was helpful and cute. I found Gail's bakery nearby, and it had delicious baked goods. I enjoyed a meal at The Phene gastro pub, very close to the hotel.
The breakfast choices were somewhat limited.
