The location near the metro station proved convenient for my travels. A nearby retail center offered easy access to necessities. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance. Daily towel changes kept things fresh. The bed was comfortable.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear corridor noise. The shower leaked onto the floor. There was no shower mat or towel. The bathroom also had an odd smell that was not very pleasant.

The location has two stations within walking distance! Westfield shopping center is only a few minutes away. The room was really clean and well-kept. I felt at home. Staff were always available and eager to help. They provided assistance with directions and local tips. I am so thankful for it.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the hallway.

the room was super clean. the cleaner came in daily and did a thorough clean (i really appreciated that). she was very helpful and polite.
There was no plug socket near the kettle. the socket behind the desk was hard to use. It was too tight a space to reach down and plug in, so i had to move the kettle. i couldn't find an iron, even though there was an ironing board.
