the hotel is very close to paddington station. it has connections for travel, including the heathrow express, tube lines, and rail connections. eating options are ample around paddington station. the hotel provided comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. usb charging points were even in the room. i slept well and enjoyed the morning breakfast.
The room was a bit small. It was perhaps expected, though.

the location was great. it was very close to hyde park and the staff were so nice. the breakfast was included and it was hot with just enough to satisfy. the room also had tea and coffee making facilities.
the room was quite small. i was expecting it to be slightly bigger. the bathroom was also very small and the sink was tiny. there wasn't much space to put toiletries.

The ground floor room was helpful. I had a lot of luggage. The hotel was responsive to my request.
The room was not good. The window barely opened, and I only had one set of towels. The carpet needed a good cleaning, it REALLY did.
