easy check-out spacious room
the staff extended a warm welcome, and check-out was easy. the room provided was spacious and a calm neighborhood surrounded the building.

The location is near Kings Cross St Pancras station. This detail makes it accessible for rail travel, including Eurostar arrivals. The room provided contained all facilities as described. I received a warm welcome, alongside the info required both before arrival and upon arrival.
The electrical socket was loose. I found it was not securely attached to the wall. The metal bed frame rattled. I could feel some loose screws. The bathroom was small. I observed that the shower cubicle was barely big enough to stand in.

Fantastic Stay Near King's Cross!

I found this spot super convenient because it is a short walk from King's Cross. The room had tea and coffee-making facilities. I also liked the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The lively bar downstairs was great.
The room showed a lack of maintenance because the electrical socket was loose. Also the metal bed frame felt shaky and rattled with every movement.

friendly staff clean room cool bar convenient location
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bar downstairs is a cool place. The location is convenient, especially the proximity to transport links. The check-in at the bar was fast. The ensuite room had all necessary items. I found the bed comfy, and the shower provided hot water. Nigel and his staff were friendly during check-in.
The stairs were steep. It was a bit difficult to carry my luggage up.

adequate, i guess
dirty shower stale beer smell
My room was supposedly cleaned, but i find hairs in the shower. i think they forgot. and the single-glazed windows are a joke. The noise from outside made sleep difficult. plus, the whole place smelled faintly of stale beer, like the pub downstairs was always lingering.
